Desktop:
To log in to your MT4 trading account please follow these steps;

On the trading platform:

1. Go to ‘navigator window” and  Right-click on “Account” option.
2. Click on “Login to Trade Account”
3. Enter your Trading ID and Password
4. Select the server name as “holaprime-demo” for a demo account and “holaprime-live” for  Live account and click on “Ok”
5. You will be logged in to your trading account
   

IOS:

1. Click on “Settings” and go to “New Account” Option, 
2. Then click “Login to an existing Account”  
3. Enter “holaprime” under find broker. Holaprime name will pop up.  
4. Select holaprime-live or holaprime-demo for live and demo account respectively
5. Enter your Login ID and Password and click on “Sign in”

WebTrader:
To login to your MT4 account on Web Trader, follow the steps below; 

1. On the Web-Trader, Go to “File” option on the menu bar and select “Login to Trade account”
2. Enter trading account ID and password.
3. Select server as “holaprime-live” for live account and “holaprime-demo” for demo account Then select the platform MT4 and click on “OK”.
